All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or you have not received it within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
